A study has shown that crypto investors may be more attractive and competitive in the dating market.

CryptoVantage interviewed 1,002 Americans to find out if crypto is synonymous with cuteness. According to the study:
“Who knew that curating a digital wallet made you more desirable? Your involvement in cryptocurrency might be the difference between landing that second date or not.”

The survey found that while people are viewed as cool and powerful for using NFTs in their profile photos on Twitter, they need to be cautious when using dating apps. The report states:
“According to respondents, “cool,” “powerful,” and “wealthy” are the top three adjectives to describe people with an NFT in their Twitter profile picture. But users may want to think twice depending on whom they prefer to attract: Nearly 1 in 3 men thought NFT profile pictures were ‘cringe.’”
Females were almost twice as likely to unfollow someone who had a NFT profile photo than males.
In the meantime, dating is a warground full of infidelity and deception. Blockchain technology is being hailed as a game changer that will increase trust.
